2016 San Diego Chargers Prop Bets

Ben Higgins and I have been regularly doing a San Diego Chargers podcast for about two years now, making this the third time we have done a “season preview” podcast.

The last two years, we’ve mostly just gone through the schedule and picked the team’s record. This year on the Squadcast, I wanted to make things a little bit more fun. I also wanted to win some money.

So, with Ben Higgins agreeing to challenge me in said venture, I created some over/under prop bets for the upcoming seasons. Here they are:

• Philip Rivers: 4,300 passing yards
• Melvin Gordon: 1,255 rushing yards
• Keenan Allen: 1,046 receiving yards
• Keenan Allen: 8 receiving TDs
• Travis Benjamin: 850 receiving yards
• Travis Benjamin: 5 receiving TDs
• Antonio Gates & Hunter Henry (combined): 1,248 receiving yards
• Antonio Gates & Hunter Henry (combined): 7 receiving TDs
• Joey Bosa: 6 sacks
• Who will lead the Chargers in sacks?
• Who will lead the Chargers in kick return yards?
• Josh Lambo: 81.3 FG%
• Josh Lambo: 87.5 XP%
• Overall Team Wins: 7

If I were you, what I’d do is pick each one of those on my own (either the over or the under) and then listen to the podcast to see how your opinions line up with our own.
