Sunday NFL Transactions: AFC West - Dallas Robinson
Listed below are the Sunday roster moves for the four AFC West teams. Following the 53-man roster cutdown deadline yesterday, many teams will make slight tweaks to their rosters, claiming players off waivers or signing guys who clear waivers. Those transactions for the Broncos, Chiefs, Raiders, and Chargers are noted below.

"This is an important season for us for a lot of reasons," Spanos said. "I don’t want to put all the focus on the vote on Nov. 8, but even if you didn’t have a (stadium) vote on Nov. 8, it’s still an important season. We were 4-12 last season. That’s unacceptable. Everyone knows it. We made some significant changes, coaching obviously and some significant player changes, too.

Gates only committed to playing at a high level - Kevin Acee (UT$)
"Sometimes understanding is the biggest thing you face -- just being able to understand what you can do and can’t do and being happy with what you’ve done," Gates said. "… For me, it’s about still playing well and being productive. And at the same time, winning a Super Bowl is the priority. So I have some things I can get done. I feel like if I get utilized in the right way, in the right manner, the right amount of times, I can still help win football games."
