It’s difficult for me to separate my weekly emotions tied to the San Diego Chargers, which this week include frustration and depression, with my overall feelings about the state of the franchise at the moment.
That’s why, even though the Squadcast podcast usually involves Ben Higgins and myself breaking down the previous Chargers game and previewing the upcoming game, I spent the majority of this week’s podcast criticizing Mike McCoy, Tom Telesco, and John Spanos for what I perceive to be giant gaping holes in logic that has lead the team to an even worse place than where it was when those three took over before the 2013-2014 NFL season.
Ben did what he could to try and calm me down, nearly taking the position of a Mike McCoy defender, before agreeing with everything that I said. Flawless victory.
