"What a great guy to have with us. We got down there, and I said, 'Let's make sure he gets in the end zone,' and he did a good job of getting in. I was very happy for him."

Quick Observations from the 31-21 Loss to the 49ers - Ricky Henne & Hayley Elwood
Chris Swain has two jobs – fullback for the Chargers and a reserve officer in the Navy.  On Salute to the Military Night, the fullback ran up the gut off right guard and dove ahead for a two-yard touchdown to give the Bolts a 7-6 lead midway through the second quarter.

There's a good chance Wiggins makes the team. Last year, he was cut out of camp but signed by the Chargers in the second week of the season, after an injury to guard D.J. Fluker. He remained with the team through the end of the season, showing his value at left and right guard -- and even at right tackle, at times -- when more injuries left the offensive line depleted.
