The Chargers still haven’t signed No. 3 overall pick Joey Bosa - Matt Bonesteel
As noted by Jamie Hoyle of the Bolts From the Blue blog, the Chargers may be relying upon team precedent, but NFL precedent isn’t on their side. Not only have recent No. 3 picks gotten at least one of the two concessions, but the same can be said for 16 of the 20 top five picks from 2012 through 2015. Bosa is simply asking for something that’s been granted to a vast majority of recent high draft picks.

"Last year was so overwhelming," he recalled. "I didn’t even have place to live at this point and was just living in the hotel.
