Chargers sign TE Hunter Henry to Four-Year Deal

The Chargers have signed rookie Tight End Hunter Henry.

The Chargers have signed rookie Tight End Hunter Henry to a four-year deal.

According to OverTheCap.com the #35 overall pick's contract is worth $6.38 million over four years which includes a $2.8 million signing bonus. The second round pick has officially signed his contract before the start of Training Camp.

The Chargers now have every 2016 draft pick under contract except first round selection Defensive End Joey Bosa and third round pick Center Max Tuerk. The Arkansas product was one of the highlights of Rookie Mini-Camp and has looked good catching passes from Philip Rivers in OTA's. He will be penciled in as the TE2 and the future successor to Antonio Gates.
