The centerpiece of the Chargers' plan to build a downtown stadium and convention center hinges on the approval of a hotel sales tax increase to 16.5 percent from 12.5 percent. This move would make San Diego's hotel rooms some of the most highly taxed in the nation.

Prospect Profile: Myles Jack - Ricky Henne
