According to one of the cap experts at overthecap.com, a great resource for contract numbers and cap updates for anyone reading this who may be unfamiliar, the Chargers may have re-structured King Dunlap's deal.
I believe King Dunlap did rework his contract last week with #Chargers prior to full salary vesting.

On the Chargers page on the over the cap website, it now lists King Dunlap's 2016 salary as $3.3 million, with additional bonus' that raise his overall cap number to about $5.145 million.
This is in contrast to what SDUT's Michael Gehlken tweeted out on Saturday.
No surprise but notable: Chargers LT King Dunlap to collect all of $4.5M salary for 2016. Became fully guaranteed when on roster Friday.

If Jason is correct, they lowered Dunlap's base salary about $1.2 million for the 2016 season. Every little bit helps right?
**UDPATE**
It appears as though Jason was correct. Michael Gehlken has now confirmed Dunlap's deal was re-worked and dropped $1.2 million. However through playing time escalators he can earn back $1.7 million.
