The San Diego Chargers travel to Charlotte, North Carolina to take on the Carolina Panthers this morning at Bank of America Stadium. Neither team has had the season they were hoping for with the Chargers standing at 5-7 and the Panthers at 4-8, both in last place in their divisions. While many people thought that San Diego would finish at the bottom of the AFC West, nobody was predicting Carolina would fall off the way they have.
You already know the long list of players that the Chargers have lost to injury and there is little point in spilling more words on what an anchor around the neck of the team the coaching staff is. The most notable player missing from this game is actually on the other sideline. Luke Kuechly will not suit up for today's game and the Panthers defense is not the same without him.
Can the Chargers still salvage their season? Or will they lose again?
