Cincinnati is 3-4-1 on the season, coming off a bad tie against Washington in its last outing. The Bengals are behind the Pittsburgh Steelers and division-leading Baltimore Ravens in an AFC North that's still up for grabs. Neither team can afford to lose Monday's game, and they have a difficult schedule still remaining, largely made up of divisional rivals.

Dalton is averaging the 14th-most fantasy points per game among quarterbacks, but with Eifert back in action, expect Dalton’s totals to trend upwards. Dalton draws a Giants defense that has allowed the eighth-most passing yards per game and needs to be in lineups for Week 10.
