Is there much worse than watching football being played on a baseball diamond? I ask because every time the Chargers head to Oakland, I double-check the schedule to make sure the A’s aren’t playing anymore. Then I breathe a sigh of relieve when I realize there shouldn’t be a baseball diamond in the middle of the football field when the Chargers head into Oakland. Thankfully this year, the A’s aren’t in the playoffs so the Chargers won’t have to play on a baseball diamond, nor will fans have to wait until 10:00pm for the game to start like what happened in 2013.

Fun fact: the stadium isn’t the O.co Coliseum anymore. I just learned that Overstock.com opted out of the final year of their naming rights contract and the stadium name reverted to Oakland Alameda Coliseum.
