The Chargers keep taking "San Diego" off of things

The San Diego Chargers continue to try to compete with the Los Angeles Rams for southern California, abandoning San Diego fans in the process.

This is a snapchat code.

The point of a Snapchat code is pretty straightforward, it's to gain followers and to eliminating the step of trying to find the username of someone that you want to follow.

The San Diego Chargers are not happy enough that you already follow them on Twitter and like them on Facebook. No, they also want to be your Snapchat friend so that you might send them n00dz.

If you're a Snapchatter, you might scan the code above to become Snapchat friends with someone who gets paid to represent the Chargers via Snapchat. That is why the team went ahead and made their Snapchat code their avatar on Twitter and Facebook.

You have the option, when your creating this code, to use an image or to use your face. I went with face.

(There is literally no reason to add me on Snapchat because I never Snapchat.)

Anyway, the Chargers decided to not go with face, and then went ahead and took the "San Diego" and the lighting bolt out of their Snapchat logo/Facebook and Twitter avatar today. The picture at the top of this page is what it looked like yesterday. Here's what it looks like now:

That was stupid.
