Open Thread: CSAG announces stadium proposal

After roughly 6 months of work, San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer's Citizen Stadium Advisory Group is ready to propose a plan to keep the Chargers in San Diego.

CSAG's press conference is set to kick off at 1pm PT. Mighty 1090 will be streaming the whole thing right here, and friend-of-the-blog (even though he called me a spineless ferret on the air last week) Darren Smith will provide insightful commentary as soon as they wrap up the event.
