About a month ago the Chargers brought in two veterans for a visit as free agency was winding down. Today one of those free agents, OL Chris Hairston, announced on twitter that he was signing with the team.

This is good low key signing for the Chargers. Hariston is a swing tackle that can play LT or RT when needed. He started his career in Buffalo under, current San Diego Chargers offensive line coach, Joe D'Alessandris. Hariston is an upgrade over former swing tackle Willie Smith.
The draft is 2 weeks away and free agency had all but fizzled out, yet the front office has made another solid signing which I expect won't be too expensive.
