If you enjoyed last year's slate of preseason San Diego Chargers football, I have good news for you today. The Chargers will face the exact same four teams as they did last year. Granted, they'll be in a different order, so at least there's that. Well, it's not a completely different order. Just like 2014, the Chargers will open the preseason against the Dallas Cowboys.
Week 2 is where things get slightly different from last the previous August as the Chargers will take on last season's week 4 opponent, the Arizona Cardinals. From there, they'll play the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers. Only the Seahawks game has a set day and time at the moment because it will be broadcast nationally on Saturday, August 29, at 5:00 p.m.
Last year's preseason featured the breakout performance of rookie Branden Oliver who ended up being an important contributor during the regular season. It will be interesting to see who comes out of nowhere to make the team this year.
