As we all know the Chargers are probably the least healthy team in the league this year.
Well, that trend continues as the team has placed starting center Chris Watt on the Injured Reserve list today. Chris hasn't been 100% healthy since probably week 1, and he has missed a few games and he has only been part of a rotation for the majority of this season. Therefore the team has finally decided to place him on IR for the remainder of the season.
Chargers needed third reserve O-lineman tonight. They place C Chris Watt (shoulder) on IR, promote G Craig Watts from practice squad.

Craig Watts was suspended for the first few games of the season this year then served on the practice squad ever since. Watts makes the 4th practice squad player to be called up to the active roster this week. Watts is a utility lineman who has played and practice at every position on the line.
