San Diego Chargers: Should Tom Telesco be fired?

With everyone talking about Mike McCoy, and with two weeks until the San Diego Chargers get a chance to break their five game losing streak, Ben Higgins and I decided to take a deep dive on Tom Telesco. How much of the current team's issues are the result of the roster construction?

When this season ends, many (including your author) expect Mike McCoy will no longer be the coach of this team. Have his failures been enough to earn the GM a pass this time around?
