If the Chargers latest transaction is any indication, the Offensive Line will be minus some starters this week against the Browns. Today they promoted G-T Michael Ola from the practice squad. Ola has been on the Chargers practice squad since signing with the team on Sept 15th.

The 6-4 312 lb lineman played college football at Hampton University where he graduated in 2012. He has also been a member of the Arena League's Jacksonville Sharks and Montreal Alouettes.

In 2014 he was signed to a futures contract with the Miami Dolphins but later waived and picked up by the Chicago Bears. According to the Chicago Bears media guide, Ola started 12 games at 4 different positions along the offensive line including six games at LG, two at LT, three at RT and one at RG.

Earlier this week OT Tyreek Burwell was promoted from the practice squad while the Chargers signed Free Agent C J.D Walton.

The Chargers Offensive Line may be without 3 starters this week against the Browns. LT King Dunlap (concussion) LG Orlando Franklin (Ankle) and C Chris Watt (Groin) have not practiced all week. RG D. J. Fluker (Ankle) was a full participant Wednesday but limited in Thursday's practice.
