Branden Oliver Makes Name for Himself - Ricky Henne
“You want to talk about fun to watch, that guy is lightning in a bottle,” Kellen Clemens said.  “He is going to be a good back and I’m glad he is here.”

Inman’s Big Day Proves Practice Makes Perfect - Ricky Henne
“I told Dontrelle as we broke the huddle just be alert, because I knew what the route could be and it’s a play we ran in practice a bunch of times,” said Kellen Clemens, who delivered the ball.  “He had a great release on the play, and I knew we were post-safety man press coverage. So he had a great release and turned on the jets once he got it.  So it was fun to watch.”

Chargers offense has big 'but' - Michael Gehlken (paywall)
"Unfortunately, Ryan fumbled the one, and at the end there, an offensive lineman got beat," coach Mike McCoy said. "Otherwise, we got a good play with Kellen on the third down. Too many minus plays down there. That's unacceptable, and that's something (on which) we put a major emphasis. We've got to do a better job coaching and executing what we're doing down there."

Chargers 'game' was good, considering - Kevin Acee (paywall)
We wanted to see the receivers fighting for the final two spots, and we did. Dontrelle Inman continued to do make catches (one for 70 yards and a touchdown) and solidify his spot. Seyi Ajirotutu had one catch for 10 yards and remained on the No.1 kick coverage units. Tevin Reese caught a pass for 17 yards on a crossing route that showed what he could offer. Consider the battle for the final spot ongoing.

Camp Confidential: San Diego Chargers - Eric Williams
For the most part, the Chargers have not suffered any significant injuries through the first two weeks of camp. The team’s projected starting right guard, Jeromey Clary, is on the active physically unable to perform list recovering from offseason shoulder and hip surgeries.
