How to watch Chargers vs. 49ers 2014 online, TV schedule, radio and more

A quick preview of this afternoon's NFL preseason game between the San Diego Chargers and San Francisco 49ers, along with information about how you can catch the game on your computer, TV, or in your car.

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

The San Diego Chargers get their first look at Levi's Stadium up in Santa Clara. The stadium easily survived the 6.0 quake that rattled the Bay Area early this morning, and as such the game is going on as scheduled, despite the actual field conditions.

The Chargers are coming off a rather lopsided loss to the Seattle Seahawks. More questions than answers came out of the last week's game in Seattle, so hopefully this game will provide more answers. Last week, the first-stringers really only played a couple series each, so we didn't get a good look at either side.

Being the third preseason game, we can expect the first team to play for at least half the game, if not more. Apparently the coaching staff also game planned this week as well, so this game could be treated as a dress rehearsal for the regular season. Then again, if the Chargers don't play well in this game, we can all go back to shrugging it off as, "it's just the preseasons."

Let's hope for no injuries, and go Chargers!
