The San Diego Chargers coaching staff, which was largely credited with getting the team into the playoffs this season, will remain mostly the same in 2014, with the obvious exception of Ken Whisenhunt.
Nick Sirianni was promoted to fill Frank Reich's spot as the team's QB Coach. He served as the team's quality control coach on the offensive side of the ball last year, and worked as the WR coach for the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012.
To replace Sirianni, the team has brought back Shane Steichen. Steichen worked as a defensive assistant in San Diego under Norv Turner before going to the Cleveland Browns last offseason to be their quality control coach on offense. He takes that same position with the Chargers.
Bobby King, who had previously served under Wade Phillips in Houston, was brought in to be the Chargers' assistant LB coach.
Here's your complete 2014 San Diego Chargers coaching staff.
