The Clippers pulled off an exciting win over the Trail Blazers last night in what was probably the 3rd most exciting NBA game of the night. Basketball is heating up at exactly the right time. I can't wait for the 3-point contest and dunk contest from All-Star Weekend.
One of our faithful readers bumped into the Chargers' Director of College Scouting at a bar last night, and they got into a conversation about which guys he was looking at while watching film on his iPad. I won't post any of what was passed on to me here, but I am filing it away in case the team ends up selecting those guys in the draft. However, I will tell you that members of this front office are a hell of a lot nicer to the fans that walk up and ask leading questions than the last regime, and that always deserves a bit of the attention.
