Week 16 Injury Report: Chargers at 49ers

Taking a look at the practice and injury report for Week 16's matchup between the San Diego Chargers and their in-state opponents, the San Francisco 49ers.

Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

The San Diego Chargers offense will be missing some key components when they take on the San Francisco 49ers this Saturday night, as both Keenan Allen and Ryan Mathews have been declared out for this contest. Allen is dealing with an ankle and shoulder injury, as Mathews has an ankle injury of his own.

Mike Scifres has been declared out as well for the second consecutive week as he continues to deal with a shoulder injury he suffered against the Patriots.

Ladarius Green comes into this game listed as questionable as he continues to rehab from a concussion and ankle injury, while Corey Liuget is questionable as well as he deals with an ankle injury of his own.

For the 49ers, it looks like they will be without Carlos Hyde tomorrow night as an ankle injury will force him to sit out of this contest, while Frank Gore will be questionable after he suffered a concussion last week against the Seahawks.

Michael Crabtree also enters this contest questionable with a knee injury that limited him in practice all week, while Stevie Johnson's knee will force him out of this game.

Chris Borland and Tramaine Brock have also been officially declared out.
