The Chargers have lost three straight games and looked dismal in every phase of the game when the Dolphins routed them 37-0 last Sunday. Philip Rivers was lousy in that game, with a 19.8 QBR, but he wasn't really the problem in the first two losses. No, a bigger issue is the defense.
