Wednesday Injury Report: Chargers at Raiders

Taking a look at the initial practice and injury report in advance of this week's matchup against the Chargers AFC West rival, the Oakland Raiders.

Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

Injuries have been piling up for the Bolts, but there is some good news this week with second round pick Jerry Attaochu returning to practice after missing the last two games with a hamstring issue. His return will help ease the pressure off of a banged up linebacker unit that seems thin at the position with so many injuries.

Rich Ohrnberger was also back at practice today, which should help boost the inside of the offensive line after Doug Legursky and Nick Hardwick have both suffered season ending injuries and the center position has been in flux since week 1.

DJ Fluker was absent from practice today, so that's player to monitor throughout the week, along with Jarret Johnson, who was also held out of today's sessions as well.

The Chargers signed Ronnie Brown yesterday after Donald Brown suffered a concussion on Sunday and is questionable heading into week 6 after not participating in practice today.

Both starting wide-outs Keenan Allen and Malcom Floyd were limited today, so that's also something to keep an eye on, with Friday giving us a better indication of whether they, along with the rest of the limited participants, will be available for the first game against a divisional opponent.
