Friday Injury Report: Chargers vs Chiefs

It looks like Jerry Attaochu could be missing this weekend's game against the Chiefs with a hamstring issue that has been bothering the talent second round pick out of Georgia Tech, which has forced him to sit out two games already.

Brandon Flowers comes in questionable, and after sitting out of practice the past two days, his chances to play against his former team look better after his limited participation today. The return of Shareece Wright could come at a good time, with Jason Verrett questionable for this game as well.

Dwight Freeney was also limited in practice today, and a late addition to the injury report after seeing a full workload the past two days.

The Chargers defense comes into this game ranked 3rd in Total Defense, surrendering an average of 308.3 yards per game, but with three key members of this unit questionable, and a few already out with injury, this defense could be tested this Sunday against an offense that averages 23.8 points and 335.0 yards per game.

Good news is that it looks like Philip Rivers will have his offensive line back to being healthy, as both D.J. Fluker and Rich Ohrnberger fully participated in drills today and have a probable designation for this game.

For the Chiefs, it looks like they will be without Eric Berry, after he was held out of practice yesterday and today as he continues to rehab a high-ankle sprain, while Sean Smith and Phillip Gaines should be available for them after seeing limited action earlier this week.
