The NFL regular season is finally, mercifully, here once again. Crack a beer, open up a bag of tortilla chips and attack the guacamole with vigor! The game starts at 5:30pm PDT tonight on the NBC.
Most people will be interested to see if the defending Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens can match up with a playoff contender after losing the likes of Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Anquan Boldin and Dennis Pitta. I will be more interested in seeing how the Denver Broncos perform without Von Miller or Elvis Dumervil (and I think Champ Bailey may also be out), and I'll have my eye on former San Diego Chargers Louis Vasquez, Shaun Phillips and Quentin Jammer.
It's a small thing, but it'd be nice if the Chargers weren't trailing the Broncos by a half game after tonight's matchup. Go Ravens!
