According to this article, the Cleveland Browns who have a terrible quarterback situation have now given themselves a downgrade at the Running Back position, and will add a second first round draft pick. A terrible offense just got worse. Are the Browns really cashing in their chips and gunning for the Manziel sweepstakes in Week 3? I can't believe it, but I can't imagine any other reason to do this.
