Staff Picks: Week 2, 2013 NFL Regular Season

The entire staff of Bolts from the Blue continues to pick winners of every NFL game throughout the season in a competition that will undoubtedly end up embarrassing half of the writers.

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

It's week two of the BFTB staff picks!

I started out a little shaky last week due to a couple of risky picks (Panthers, Jaguars, Browns), but recovered nicely by correctly picking the winner of 7 of the weekend's final 8 games. Robert (SDNativeinTX) might have a future in picking games after going 13-3 in Week 1, his only losses being improbable (Buccaneers) or close-calls (Redskins, Bengals).

AvengingJM didn't get his picks in on time last week, so he automatically selected all of the road teams...who finished 7-9. Nobody else had that few correct selections last week.

Here are this week's picks:

Now that we've each had a game to evaluate each of these teams, the picks are becoming a little more predictable.

Kyle and Patrick were the only ones who think the Chargers can win this week against the Eagles. Patrick is also the only one who thinks that the Redskins will beat the Packers. Something tells me Patrick missed the first half of ESPN's MNF doubleheader last week.

Nobody thinks the Jets can beat the Patriots. Nobody believes that the Browns can beat the Ravens. Despite beating the Steelers last week, nobody believes the Titans will beat the Texans. Related: Everyone picked the Bengals to beat the Steelers. Quite a fall from grace for Pittsburgh.

Oakland is the consensus pick (!) to beat the Jaguars, which should tell you how back Jacksonville is.

Whose picks do you most agree with this week?
