The San Diego Chargers haven't yet announced their final 11 roster cuts, which they will need to do by 1pm PDT to get the roster down to 53 players, but other teams have started cutting their players and you can use this open thread to discuss them.
As far as looking at players that are released as potential future Chargers, here are the positions that the team will probably be looking for before Week 1 against the Houston Texans.
- Backup Offensive Tackle
- Wide Receiver
- Cornerback
- Pass Rusher/Outside Linebacker
Are there any of those out there that could fit with this Chargers team?
The first person to mention Tim Tebow (who was released by the New England Patriots this morning) and how well Mike McCoy worked with him in Denver, gets banned. Maybe permanently.
