The San Diego Chargers will hold their annual "Fan Fest" at Qualcomm Stadium this Saturday, August 3rd. There will be a time for autographs, especially for the little children, and concession stands for those that would rather pay $10 for a hot dog than wait and eat something better for cheaper outside of the stadium.
I attend Fan Fest every year, usually lounging in the back (in the shade) and tweeting my thoughts on practice (which runs from 10:55 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. this year). I'll be there again this year, and I'd like to the the opportunity to invite BFTBers to come out and meet other BFTBers because that always goes well.
I usually end up around section 5 or 6, in the first few rows of shade (I think that's Field Level, but I suppose it could be Plaza. I'll tweet out my seat location when I get to Fan Fest on Saturday, and everyone can come over. You probably know what I look like based on the Hipster John meme or "Gennaro-ly Speaking" or that mugshot (I'm kidding). I'm hoping that BFTB takes over a full section! That'd be awesome. I know that Richard and Jerome are going to try to make it, in addition to myself. Should be a good time.
So, I guess what I'm saying is, come say hello. Let's watch men in shorts throw balls around. Together. Otherwise it'll just be lonely for both of us.
P.S. If someone brings a nacho hat, I will wear/eat it.
