Five Years of PFF Grades: Top 10 Linebackers - Nathan Jahnke
After the 2010 season, the 49ers made the wise choice to insert NaVorro Bowman in the starting lineup, which brought Spikes to San Diego. A healthy Spikes wasn’t a liability for the Chargers, but then again he wasn’t much of an asset either.

According to Middlekauff, he runs a 4.44 40-yard dash.

Mandatory Monday: Fandom in Crisis - Mike Tanier
Strip away the spectacle, and the NFL has an ugly underside. Strip away the good parts of anything and what you are left with is pretty bad. Take the music out of rock 'n' roll and you get a lot of people with bad fashion sense getting paid to take drugs and act rude. Take the candy-colored videos and fashion-forward television programs out of the teenage entertainment industry and you are left with something so seedy it will make you retch.
