Three players? Well, that's exciting! Let's find out who they are.
- Deon Butler, WR - Played the first four years of his NFL career with the Seattle Seahawks. He went to Penn State and is quite small at 5'10", 170lbs. Has seen his stats go down every years since catching 36 passes for 385 yards and 4 TDs in 2010.
- Dan DePalma, WR - Former New York Giant. Undrafted. Has been a practice squad player for the Jets and Giants in two years since his days with the West Chester University Golden Rams. He's very white and looks hard-nosed, so he's bound to be a favorite of Chargers fans in August.
- Cornelius Brown, CB - According to what I've been able to dig up, Cornelius Brown's nickname was/is "Cornbread". At one point, he was on twitter as @BreadsWORLD. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like that actually granted Cornbread ownership of the world or of fate itself. So, after going undrafted out of UTEP in 2010, , Brown was signed by the Indianapolis Colts as a 4th (or 5th) Cornerback and Kick Returner.
That last signing is definitely a Telesco signing. The first two are just good training camp/preseason depth.
