BFTB NCAA Pool: Registration and Brackets lock at 9am

It's time for the NCAA college basketball tournament. I've created a yahoo pool for BFTB readers to take their minds off of free agency. John has graciously offered the winner a BFTB T-shirt! Brackets lock (and registration ends) on Thursday 3/21 before the first round-of-64 games in the morning.
