No post from Marver this week telling us which teams to root for to increase the San Diego Chargers' playoff chances. but Darren Smith tweeted out this handy link a few days ago that will help me tell you which teams we want to win early on today.
- Jacksonville Jaguars at Cleveland Browns (Go Jags!)
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers (It doesn't matter! Go whomever!)
- Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings (Go Bears!)
- New England Patriots at Houston Texans (Go Texans!)
- Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts (Go Colts!)
- Miami Dolphins at New York Jets (Go Jets!)
- Arizona Cardinals at Philadelphia Eagles (Who cares? Not me! Let's root for the Eagles anyway!)
Obviously, most of this is about making the Chargers' losses seem less bad and making their wins seem more impressive. However, the Titans currently hold a tie-breaker over the Chargers and have the same record. A win by the Colts makes the Chargers' win over the Colts more impressive and gets Mike McCoy's team one spot closer to postseason football.
