On Sunday at Kansas City, San Diego Chargers left tackle D.J. Fluker suffered a scary-looking injury on a point after attempt against the Chiefs. The 11th overall choice in the 2013 NFL Draft, Fluker has been an outstanding blocker on the right side and has done well enough in a pinch as the team's starting left tackle after an injury to King Dunlap. It looked as though the rookie lineman might miss the rest of his first season when he was bent backwards on a PAT.
It appears, though, that Chargers' fans fears were, on this occasion, misplaced as Jason LaCanfora of the CBS Sports reports the good news on Twitter:
Finally some good news for Chargers OL health - 1st round pick DJ Fluker is just sore and should be good for Sunday vs. Bengals.

Deep breaths, everyone. The mauling offensive tackle from Alabama should be good to go on Sunday, and Philip Rivers shouldn't need to rely on one of the guys currently playing musical chairs for the back up left tackle position to protect his blindside against an above average Bengals pass rush.
