Melvin Ingram returned to practice for the San Diego Chargers today. No, seriously, I have proof.

He's on the field! That won't help the team against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, but it's better than Ingram being injured forever.
Now, the bad news? Jarret Johnson, Eddie Royal and King Dunlap missed practice for San Diego.
Johnson has been fighting an injury all season long. When he plays, he's good, but it's not often. Royal has been injured enough to miss practice for about a month straight now.
The real worrisome part is King Dunlap continuing to miss time. Dunlap missing this week's game will hurt the team's chances of slowing down Tamba Hali and Justin Houston, and will hurt his chances to stick with the Chargers long term.
