Giants' Marc Ross Will Interview for Chargers' GM Job

It seems pretty obvious that the San Diego Chargers intend to stick with the philosophy of building through the draft, as they continue to target potential GMs that have a history of drafting well in the past.

Today comes word that Marc Ross, the New York Giants' Director of College Scouting, will interview for the open GM positions with the Jets, Panthers and Chargers. Ross is wrapping up his fifth season at that position with the Giants, a run that has seen the team win two Super Bowls based off of the strength of a roster that has been built mostly through the draft.

I'm beginning to lose count on how many GMs have interviewed or will interview for the Chargers' opening, but so far I like all of the candidates and appreciate the speed with which San Diego is trying to nail down a guy so that they can begin their search for a new Head Coach.
