In this configuration against the Vikings, the only pressure he got was a hit on a stunt. In addition, he managed a ridiculous penalty for running into the returner on a punt and another for a face mask when Christian Ponder shaped to avoid him in the open field.

Brown broke his ankle on Aug. 18 against the Dallas Cowboys and is expected to need eight weeks to rehabilitate the surgically repaired joint.
