It's Tuesday morning — even though it feels like a Monday morning — and that means it's time for another check on A.J. Smith's approval rating. In case you haven't figured it out already, this approval rating column is going to be a weekly occurrence around these parts (along with Norv Turner's approval rating).

So, what has changed on the Chargers in the last week? Quite a bit actually. Preseason has finally drawn to a close, and with it, so have the dreams of a few Chargers that are no longer with the team. A.J. Smith, with the input of his coaches, gave walking papers to 22 players last Friday. There were a few surprises on who was cut (Jacob Hester comes to mind) and a few surprises on who wasn't cut.

Then on Saturday, A.J. and the Chargers added seven players to the Practice Squad. Among those 7 players was fan-favorite WR Mike Willie, so that should appease some fans, right? Ehh, maybe not.

At any rate, the team has been busy shuffling players around. Are you happy about the moves A.J. Smith has been making? Unsatisfied in general with the team A.J. Smith has built? Let us know by voting below and comment away!
