Yeah, there wasn't much in the way of posts today. In my defense, almost nothing happened in the Chargersphere.
We got the details of Ingram's contract, which are pretty much the exact details from Liuget's contract last year (read: cheap!). That's...exciting?
There's a Junior Seau memorial thing on Friday at Qualcomm Stadium, formerly Snapdragon Stadium (formerly Qualcomm Stadium). The team is saying that they're expecting a capacity crowd (60,000+), but I have no idea what they're basing that off of. They're not selling tickets or anything. They're basing that off of their own expectations, I guess. Would love to know how close that comes to being right.
To answer the question I've been getting the last few days, I won't be attending the memorial. There will be lots of good speeches given by former players and Junior's pastor and a bunch of people that I don't care to listen to. I'm sure lots of people will enjoy it, but it's just not for me. If you go and want to write a FanPost about the event (and the tailgating beforehand), I'll probably publish it to the front page.
