BFTB After Dark: May 3, 2012

It's a totally inappropriate time for this, but here was today's "first world problem". The internet went out in the office that I work at. After contacting the cable company that provides our internet, we were told that there was an outage in the area. We waited an hour, sitting around doing nothing, before everyone was sent home and asked to do work on the honor system.

My first world problem is just how reliant I am on the internet. It's terrible. It doesn't mean that I can't enjoy what I nice day it is outside, I can, but it means that I can't get any work done and find it hard to communicate with people and do my various jobs (including this one) when it's down for no real reason.
