Fans of the San Diego Chargers can finally calm down.
Third-round #Chargers pick Brandon Taylor has reached a four-year contract. All seven picks by team are now in.

Chargers are just fifth team in NFL to have all their picks signed.Baltimore, Carolina, NY Giants and Seattle are the others.

I can't tell you how many tweets and e-mails I've gotten over the last week asking me why Brandon Taylor hadn't been signed yet. Wait, yes I can: Entirely too many. I didn't answer any of them, but if I had I would've said "Because he doesn't need to be signed yet." Who cares, really, if he signed last week or this week or next week? It's not like he wasn't going to make it to training camp on time. That's a thing of the past, and didn't normally happen with 3rd round picks anyway.
Brandon Taylor is expected to compete for the starting Strong Safety position and probably has the inside track over veteran SS Atari Bigby.
