According to everyone and everything, Norv Turner will be called to a meeting with Dean Spanos this morning to be officially let go as Head Coach of the San Diego Chargers. He'll then have a chance to address the team, who will be cleaning out their lockers, and presumably the media as well.
This is not last year, where everyone assumes the move is coming but it doesn't. Norv Turner wasn't openly job-hunting or semi-openly tearing down his General Manager before the 2011 season was over. He knew he had at least a chance to stay, and his players (and probably GM) spoke up enough for him to get that chance. This time, there will be no reprieve.
