What a terrible half of football by both teams. The lack of talent makes it obvious as to why both of these teams are missing the 2012 playoffs, and the lack of effort makes it obvious as to why both Head Coaches are on the hot seat.
The San Diego Chargers defense would look terrible if the New York Jets could actually do anything. Their starting QB, Greg McElroy, has been missing wide open receiver after wide open receiver. The San Diego Chargers offense hasn't been able to do anything and ended up with a 51 yard field goal (from the 34 yard line) the only time they got into the red zone.
The Chargers and Jets will play the second half for no good reason, and continue limping toward the end of this season.
