Norv Turner Approval Rating: Week 10

It seems Norv Turner's job was saved last week when the Chargers completely dominated the Chiefs. Was this merely a stay of execution?

Dean: "If you lose tonight, don't bother coming in tomorrow ..." Norv: "Woohoo! Day off!"

There seems to be a bit of disagreement in just how close Norv Turner was to losing his job last week. Pundits say a loss to the Chiefs and Norv would be fired on the spot. The Chargers say that wasn't the case and that Norv is here to stay.

Regardless of who you believe, Norv Turner's Chargers were able to get the job done on Thursday night and Norv gets to stick around for at least one more week.

The Chargers' opening drive was well scripted, and aided by a couple Kansas City Penalties to keep the drive alive, the Chargers marched down the field and scored a touchdown to ensure the Chiefs would continue their streak of never leading in a game. Norv had his team well-prepared to take on the Chiefs, and a few questionable plays called, overall the Chargers looked like the better-coached team.

Was that game enough to sway your opinion of Norv? Much like A.J. Smith's approval rating, you guys gave Norv his lowest rating of the season, with a whopping 77% of you saying he should be fired (a rating of 1-2). Does that change this week? Sound off below.
