NFL Week 11: Staff Picks

Last week, not one staff member that actually submitted their picks managed to call the Bengals' upset of the Giants, the Titans' upset of the Dolphins, or the Rams/49ers draw. In our defense, the last tie in the NFL was about four years ago, so it wasn't really on anyone's radar. As for the Titans beating the Dolphins, I mean, the Titans managed to get blown out by the lowly Chargers, so that seemed unlikely, too.

Oddly enough one of only two games we all agree on this week is the Bengals at the Chiefs. This week, we're all pretty confident the team from Cincy can pull it off, which of course means the Chiefs will win it going away. The other unanimous pick is the Ravens over the Roethlisberger-less Steelers. The Texans beating the Jaguars and the Falcons beating the Cardinals likely also would have been unanimous had Orz submitted his picks on time, but we'll never know.

Sadly, the four members of the staff that correctly picked the outcome of the Chargers game were the ones willing to pick against the home team. This week, only two staff members actually think San Diego will go into Denver and come away with a victory (a third staff member didn't submit his picks on time and was stuck with that prediction by default).

Thanks to AvengingJM's refusal to submit his picks on time last week, he's now alone in the cellar one game behind Dana who is out of last place for the first time this year. Congrats, Dana. More different congrats, AvengingJM.
