NFL Week Seven: Who You Should Root For

Richard goes through each game this weekend to let Chargers fans know who they ought to be pulling for in each one.

Karl Walter

Tennessee Titans (2-4) at Buffalo Bills (3-3)
The Chargers have already beaten the Titans and the Bills are a competitor for a Wild Card spot if it comes to that.Go Titans! (Moderate)

Dallas Cowboys (NFC) at Carolina Panthers (NFC)
The Chargers will get an opportunity to beat the Panthers and with the entire AFC tied, maybe breakers matter this year. Go Panthers! (Very Low)

Baltimore Ravens (5-1) at Houston Texans (5-1)
The Texans are a little better and the Chargers get a chance to beat the Ravens. Go Ravens! (Importance: Moderate)

Cleveland Browns (1-5) at Indianapolis Colts (2-3)
If the Colts win they're tied with the Chargers at 3-3. We can't have that. Go Browns! (Importance: Moderate)

Arizona Cardinals (NFC) at Minnesota Vikings (NFC)
This game doesn't really matter, but even Chargers fans feel for the Cardinals fans. Go Cardinals! (Importance: None)

Washington Redskins (NFC) at New York Giants (NFC)
Part of being a Chargers fan is rooting against Eli Manning. Part of being a decent person is rooting against teams from New York. Go Redskins! (Importance: None)

Green Bay Packers (NFC) at St. Louis Rams (NFC)
Chargers fans cannot root for a Jeff Fisher coached team unless their win helps the Chargers somehow. Go Packers! (Importance: None)

New Orleans Saints (NFC) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFC)
The Chargers still have a chance to beat the Bucs and after the Chargers got cheated against the Saints, you hate them. Go Bucs! (Importance: Very Low)

New York Jets (3-3) at New England Patriots (3-3)
They have the same record, but these teams are not on the same level. The Pats are way more dangerous. Go Jets! (Importance: Moderate)

Jacksonville Jaguars (1-4) at Oakland Raiders (1-4)
They have the same record. The Raiders are better and in the division. Also, they're the Raiders. Go Jags!(Importance: High)

Pittsburgh Steelers (2-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-3)
This one is a little tough. The Bengals currently have a better record, but I still think the Steelers are the better team. Also, I hate the Steelers. Go Bengals! (Importance: Low)

Detroit Lions (NFC) at Chicago Bears (NFC)
This one doesn't matter at all, but the Lions just make me sad. Follow @GenoMrosko on Twitter and hope this one goes badly for the Bears. Thank me later. Go Lions! (Importance: None)
