Here's a fun idea that we're going to run with over the next few weeks: a San Diego Chargers all-decade team. The nominees will be chosen by a handsome and knowledgeable gentleman, and the winners (and runner-ups) will be chosen by you.
We will be choosing entire starting rosters for a "First team" and "Second team". After the jump are the available position slots:

There you have it, 26 open slots per team equaling 52 total. To make for an even 53 (the roster size of an NFL team), we'll toss in one honorary guy that was good enough that he shouldn't have been left off but had two guys better than him over the last decade (2001-2010). Or maybe we'll pick someone that was good enough to make the team in one season, but couldn't lost due to the length of time that he was a great Charger. We'll figure that out at the end.
