Each week we give a game ball to whichever San Diego Chargers player has the best game, and I don't think there's any doubt that Vincent Jackson was that man on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.

Jackson finished with 3 receiving TDs, with all of them seeming relatively easy after getting lots of separation against CB Tramon Williams. The only other time in his NFL career when he caught 3 TD passes was last year on Thursday night against the San Francisco 49ers. His 141 receiving yards ties his fourth best effort.

It's nearly impossible to know if Jackson's big day is what caused Antonio Gates to get more opportunities, or if Gates' big day is why Jackson wasn't getting double-teamed and the man guarding him wasn't getting over-the-top help from a Safety.

The San Diego Chargers offense hung 38 points on a pretty good Green Bay defense, and they'll put up similar numbers against more defenses if Jackson and Gates can stay healthy and play the way they played on Sunday.
